Registration for the 2021 – 2022 academic school year is available to Grades 2 through 6 students attending a school within the City of Calgary, Alberta and registered with the Provincial government excluding Home Education.
For the 2021-2022 academic school year only, the Perfect Attendance Foundation will accept an attestation from the caregiver declaring the attendance of their Registrant, in place of submitting an attendance report from the school. An attestation form will be sent out to you to sign when it is time to evaluate the awards. You can view a sample attestation form here.
A digital image confirming the Registrant’s enrollment information in school (photo or screen capture of student name and school) must be emailed to Perfect Attendance prior to our award evaluation period occurring in the middle and end of the school year.
The 2021 Fall Registration closed on September 21, 2021. Registration for the 2022 Winter session will be announced in January 2022.
