PAF Calgary is excited to announce that the 2021 Fall Registration for the 2021-2022 school year is now open, and has special regulations to accommodate the health and safety uncertainties from the COVID-19 pandemic.
For the 2021-2022 academic school year only, the Perfect Attendance Foundation will accept an attestation from the caregiver declaring the attendance of their Registrant, in place of submitting an attendance report from the school. An attestation form will be sent out to you to sign when it is time to evaluate the awards. You can view a sample attestation form here.
